Manifesto
The modern Internet sucks. It's been hijacked by governments, corporations, authoritarians, and self-righteous moralizers who want to strip away everything that makes it authentic, interesting, and fun. It's time to revive the raw, chaotic, punk-rock ethos of the early Internet.
- The Internet is not real life.
- What happens on the Internet should stay on the Internet.
- You have the right to be anonymous.
- You have the right to be forgotten.
- Post whatever you want (unless it's illegal or spam).
Make the Internet fun again.
What We Provide
- Privacy by default.
- Posts and user profiles are private by default, meaning they can only be seen by other users (not the whole Internet).
- Posts are ephemeral with user-defined expiration dates.
- For extra privacy (and fun), "trusted" users can post and comment anonymously.
- Your data belongs to you, and you can delete it all with just a few clicks.
- When something is deleted, it's gone forever.
- Tor hidden service available at: http://gyrateanus3fz...
- Secure by design.
- Invite system (with unlimited invites) to create a web of trust to keep the site somewhat exclusive and keep the spammers and bots out.
- We only use strong cryptography like Argon2, TLS 1.2/1.3, EdDSA and AES-256.
- Verify our A+ SSL rating.
- Verify our A+ security headers rating.
- Built by perfectionists.
- Every line of code was written by a human.
- ~30% of the code in this project is tests resulting in ~98% code coverage.
