when i started my business ~2.5 years ago, i chose google workspace, because i needed email immediately and didn't want to put any thought into it. all i knew was that i needed email & protonmail was more expensive. google workspace sucks dicks (google is a masculine noun, btw, so that's also gay). the admin interface is inconsistent, poorly documented, and often incomprehensible. the documentation is outdated, contradicts itself, and overly-verbose/difficult to follow. on top of all this basic stupid shit, google keeps trying to cram its retarded ai agent into my retardedly simple processes (click mail...read mail), and continually sends me annoying email about google ads and other dumb shit i will never give a fuck about, even when i've unsubscribed, because they have weird jewish logic circuits to circumvent my contact preferences.

i was fine with just setting and forgetting google, but today they sent an email saying my prices are going up. well, fuck you google, no they aren't. they're actually going down, because i'm switching to fastmail for email services (i am not a nerd and i will never have any desire to admin my own email service), and just using libreoffice for invoicing and shit on my nfs. the cool thing about fastmail is that, unlike n word google (it's not offensive because i said n word instead of nigger [also not offensive, because i am objectively defining a syntactical distinction]), all of the fag*oty tedium of setting up spf and dkim and other bullshit required to actually be able to send mail to anybody in the world is handled automagically by fastmail through a connection they provide with my registrar (iwantmyname).
