I've been looking at a lot of "Reddit alternatives" lately, and I think the biggest thing that prevents them from succeeding is their endless lists of rules. I'm having a similar feeling as when I used to suspect the only reason any town would build a skatepark is so some useless person would get to be in charge and have an excuse to make a bunch of rules so they could tell people what to do.

On this platform, there will only ever be two rules:

  1. No spam
  2. Unless it's explicitly forbidden by law, anything else goes.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. God bless America. Amen and awomen.
